We are a family run business based located just outside Bethesda, operating from our own
5,500 square foot warehouse. Our business is continuing to grow in spite of the current economic
situation & so we now find that we need another person to join the team.
The position will mainly involve dealing with customer correspondence which will be both e-mail
and telephone (there is no cold calling, just answering incoming calls) There will also be some
order processing & packing. Therefore this position will suit someone with some level of basic
computer & e-mail literacy. A working knowledge of ebay & Amazon would also be an advantage.
We have no specific qualification requirements, a person’s character & desire to get a job done
properly is far more important to us than any pieces of paper collected along the way. We also
have a high level of flexibility as far as hours are concerned, so working around times to take
kids to from school is not a problem, although we are ideally looking for someone to work full-
time (30+ hours per week) we may consider part-time for the right person.
